As Managing Director of Satya, Vivek has taken the responsibility of spearheading the company’s strategic efforts and driving its expansion with morality and a vision to develop entrepreneurship and livelihood at the bottom of the pyramid. He holds a postgraduate diploma in Rural Development and Management from the Institute of Engineering and Rural Technology, Allahabad. Before SATYA, he was associated with Satin Credit care Network Ltd (SCNL) as the Chief Operating Officer. In his nearly nine years of engagement with SCNL, he transfigured its portfolio from INR 50 crore to INR 4,000 crore. He also qualified as a Mentor and Bank “Business Correspondent” Lending Model for Taraashna Services Pvt Ltd. The India International Friendship Society awarded him with “Bharat Jyoti Award” for playing a pivotal role in accelerating the JLG/WSHG movement.

He is also a Director of CASHPOR Financial and Technical Services Private Limited and CASHPOR Financial Services Private Limited. He has over 15 years of rich experience in the field of microfinance. Under his able guidance and leadership, CASHPOR has bagged the “Best Microfinance Institution of 2012” in the large category award & True lift leader Milestone Award by Smart Campaign in 2013 and received “2015 Microfinance Institution of the Year Award” in the Asia / Pacific region from Whole Planet Foundation and “SKOCH Order-of-Merit Award for Financial Inclusion and Deepening” in 2015.

She has served as member of various policy advisory groups and currently serves in the Board of some of the leading NGOs and Companies working in the area of Financial Inclusion.

a Post Graduate from Institute of Rural Management, Anand, is a pioneer in Rural Finance and Financial Inclusion. He is a graduate of GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, Uttarakhand. He has worked for NABARD as Chief General Manager and is known for his leadership in Micro finance, Rural Finance and bankers training. His interest includes SHGs, Farmer Producers' Organisations, water sheds, tribal development Projects, Rural Entrepreneurship Training Programs, building of Cooperative and Regional Rural Banks etc. During his thirty years tenure in NABARD, apart from his role in building strong rural financial networks in newly formed states like Uttarakhand and Jharkhand, he is also known for his contribution in preparation of approach note for revamping Supervision of Rural Financial Institutions. He was recently a Member, Expert Committee on Amalgamation/ Merger of Three Tier Cooperative Banks for Government of Kerala. He is recognised for his contributions to building up NABFINS as its Managing Director. Mr. Mohan was involved as the Leader of the support Team for the Khan Committee whose recommendations for BC/BF model was accepted by RBI/GOI.
He has also worked for College of Agricultural Banking, RBI and Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation, Anand. Currently, CP Mohan is a consultant for World Bank’s International Finance Corporation and ESAF SFB. He is also Visiting Fellow at Development Management Institute, Patna.

Saneesh has 25 years of experience in the fields of development, banking, and finance, financial inclusion, MSME lending and impact investments. Saneesh is a member of Inclusive Finance India Group of Advisors and serves on MFI and Small Finance Bank boards. He also serves on key committees and industry forums associated with social performance, responsible finance and impact investments. He has earlier worked in various senior managerial capacities at Small Industries Development Bank of India and was part of the core team that initiated its highly successful microfinance program. He successfully implemented prestigious bilateral projects with UK Aid, IFAD, World Bank, and GIZ during his SIDBI stint. He also played a key role in start-up support and growth of Bandhan, the leading Indian MFI (now a universal bank). Saneesh holds a PGD in Information Management and Systems Administration; a Master’s Degree in Social Work and is a British Chevening Scholar of Banking and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
